I don't recall which group, but I was downvoted for pointing this out not just for the physical, but for life skills. Guy out with date gets jumped by 2 robbers and he single handedly disarms them and defeats them in hand to hand combat? Really? There is a danger, but I don't see a text as being a useful tool to protect yourself. Now, maybe if you two have a long text messaging history going back days full of sexual innuendo, that could be useful to show the woman was seeking sex, but not just a single message near the time of the sexual encounter.
