8	More Double standards. Cops don't arrest this drunk-ass racist woman on scene for assaulting other women and threatening to shoot them because they didn't witness it directly (at 1:08 in video). Men get arrested regularly during domestic disputes based on false allegations and double standards. In my state police cannot arrest anyone for any misdemeanor they don't personally witness. Race, gender, etc don't matter. If its a misdemeanor police can only cite (basically issuing a summons) or request a warrant. You have to make sure your comparing apples to apples in cases like this as every state has different rules on misdemeanor arrests. So you can only compare same state to same state. You probably have seen the video. He and other cops were trying to arrest Oscar Grant and just Potter he mixed up his taser and gun. He was charged and convicted just like Potter. He served 11 months in prison. Potter got a very typical sentence for what cops get in these cases. In my state this quite correctly would not be rape since there was no penetration on the child. It would be Lewd and Lacivious Conduct with a Child Under the a Age of 16 which has the exact same potential penalties as rape and just like rape would land you on the sex offender list. The only real problem with it is that the cool things the original movies did have been copied so much that there wasnt anything about this one that made it stand out like the entire first movie or the freeway chase in the 2nd. Though there were some good meta jokes early in the movie about this exact problem of how do you top what came before. So while it wasnt a great movie it wasnt bad either. 5	I'm Pro-Men's Rights but Anti-Women in Military Draft: Here's why There is a plethora of military positions suitable to women because most are non combat. No. The article and many posters are spinning it as if he was proven innocent. All that was proven is that there was legal fault in the original prosecution. 4	Female Serial Killers and Murderers seem to be downplayed and outright ignored when compared to male serial killers Its fallacy to compare non US killers to US ones and wonder why they dont get as much attention in the US. Women serial killers that do exist almost always falls into the Black Widow (killing multiple husbands) or Angel of Death (killing infirm patients).
