1	How are marital assets handled in divorce mediation if one spouse removed them without inventory or consent? This is a tough spot to be in. Start documenting everything now by writing down every item you remember even rough values some old photos showing the property in your home. Payment statements could also help prove the cash. In mediation mediators can't force anything buut a judge can order a full inventory compel access to where the stuff are stored.
