2	r/relationship_advice mods apparently ban you for not believing “victim” of rape that doesn’t want to go to police or do drug test. i thought you have to have evidence or proof or just memories to claim someone raped you. Obviously not anymore There are so many reasons why someone might not want to go to the police about their assault. In the post she listed the numerous reasons for not reporting it. I didn't go to the police about mine for reasons similar to hers plus I was a minor and was a female raped by another female which my state actually has no laws against, it would have been classed as simple assault at most if I were to even be taken seriously.
