It might have been possible, though he never pursued any litigation, as far as I know, and at this point, I'm not sure it matters. I have watched a few of their YouTube videos, and I generally agree with your assessment. One of the other concerns I had about their show, which I did not see mentioned in your write-up, was their views on adultery. I have heard them argue that it is okay for men to have multiple sexual partners, but women must only have one. And they justify this behavior by claiming that men do not form the same emotional bonds that women do during sex. This makes me wonder if the hosts' own sexual promiscuit…

Actually, in this particular case, the men Amazon brings in really would be making high salaries. Amazon isn't putting a warehouse into the DC area. They're putting in HQ2. Almost all of those jobs will pay at least $100K/year.
