I'm not sure about the actual law or what the wording will be, but from the article it seems to be only man on woman rape accusations. It'd be nice if it were both ways but I highly doubt it will be. Even if it were various studies on woman on male rape show that type of rape is very under reported probably due to social pressure. Although it wouldn't be as high of a rate as random encounters, marital rape claims happen also. If I were a man in Britain I would be scared to have sex with anyone because all it would take would be one woman to say he raped me and it'd be over.
