If someone dies that's deadly force. That's the definition of deadly force. You used force and it was deadly. I'm not freaking out the way you phrased your comment seemingly implied that the police were in the right for killing floyd since he was resisting even after being cuffed. Those cops were in the wrong if you disagree then there is the problem. You dont get thrown down or your arm broken if u just turn around and put ur hands behind your back. You're getting arrested no matter what, so you have to make one of two choices either resist and get hurt in the process or just let them arrest you making it easier on everybody.

I could to but if I was on probation I could not. With all this said terms of probation vary wildly it all depends on the judge and the probation office. If they want to violate you they can. Due process doesnt exist when your on probation. Your essentially a prisoner(that they dont have to pay to house or feed) in the eyes of the state until ur probation is over. It sucks but it is what it is. Dont end up on probation lol it sucks.

Any contact with the police weather u get arrested or you get a ticket or just stopped and let off with a warning could count as a probation violation depending on who your p.o. is as they hold all the power, if they say it's a violation then it is. You usually also cannot leave the state unless you first contact your p.o. and get permission so no impromptu trips across state lines. Also 8 years of probation is hard. No drugs, no interaction with the police, a p.o. of the 10 people I've known on probation only 3 made it thru to the end and they're probation was only 2 years.
