I'm pretty sure you would die if your organs swelled to the point you gained hundreds of pounds.

I edited the whole damn story out. Lol. Sorry for anyone who wants to know about it. She ultimately did say she was sorry when I basically said I wasn't going to allow her to treat me like that. I could be the one to really set the pace and the rules but I donr think it is worth it. Up to this point I have been the one keeping things going. She hasn't taken the initiative on it since that time in the story. I'm really just following her lead right now. I'm not waiting to snatch her up or anythin…

I definitely want my close friends and the person that I marry to be someone who helps me become a better person. I would do the same for those people in my life also. She has anxiety and goes depression that comes from that which I think she is pretty stoked her fiance doesn't really care of she I making an effort to find a solution to get past it. The two of us had a situation where she revealed that she uses her mental health to not take responsibility for when she treats people like shit. An…

This is true. I feel much better just from working out and stretching to increase my flexibility. I have a female acquaintance deals with her issues with netflix and YouTube. Her fiance enables her escapism as well that is basically one of the reasons she has told me she is marrying the guy. I have done the whole netflix,YouTube, beer, anything to not deal with my issues and while it has gotten me by in the moment it has made me feel worse in the long run.

Solid advice. I'm really filtering by price and will judge based on me being inside the property. I have specific things I am looking for. My goal is for my mortgage, property taxes, and home insurance to be $600-700 monthly. The city I live in is pretty low cost of living and I am looking at similar cost of living cities.

I think that Kia and Hyundai are the best bang for your buck these days.

I love the idea but I think I need more room. I think a 1k square foot house is ideal for me.

I have low income but zero debt and a little above 30k in the bank not including my retirement investments. I have been saving to buy a house and I definitely have enough for a down payment on a place that is not a shit hole. My wealth has been growing over the last few years. I was talking with a friend about her plans for housing. Her and her fiance are planning on buying a house after they extend their lease for another year. I asked how much they had for a down payment and she said if they k…

One of my female friends is about to get married to the guy she has been dating for the last eight years. The entire time he has smoked cigarettes. She hasn't had a problem with it until at most a year ago because friends have been getting sick from their own smoking habits. Now she gave him the ultimatum that he has to quit smoking completely if he wants to marry her and she will call it off if he doesn't quit. I can't wrap my head around how she can be okay with his smoking before and now sudd…

They have lived together for the majority of their 8 years or so they have been dating. Since they met in college. Like I said. She couldn't live on her own without him and I doubt she is willing to break up with him to find someone better or work towards becoming self reliant. Whatever the reason is you are right.

Exactly right. This is what I see with a friend I used to work with and her fiancée. Although he is building a career working in restaurants and she is just working at a grocery store to scratch together some sort of income. He is making use of his college degree while her college degree is an anchor holding both of them down. They are getting married sometime this year. In the very shallow conversations I have had with her about having kids she seems pretty adamant about not having kids(althoug…

Yeah. It's all the guys in a 100 mile radius who found their onlyfans from her Tinder profile. The profile that she only uses to promote her onlyfans.

Same with my friend. She is intelligent and kicks ass during the holidays to step up and take on more responsibilities that she is given. I think the big difference is that all of the older women that I have worked with are there for a reason like providing for their family or because retail is their career. There is some kind of end goal they are working towards. My friend and many younger people male or femal I have worked with have zero purpose or reason for why they work. My friend is engage…

Kinda. I think age might have something to do with it. My previous job was at a small grocery store. The grocery department manager was a woman who was old enough to be my mom and worked her ass off. She went above and beyond every single day to make sure stuff got done in her department. The girl I am friends with who ran the floral department who is 28 just like me did the absolute bare minimum most days. She spent a significant of her days goofing around with other people that worked there in…

It's the "official" abbreviations of States in the United States. It's a shirt way of saying she moved from Utah to Wisconsin. It's not some kind of code language like you seem to think.

The vocal feminists that I have known personally have all been rather self centered assholes. They have also been super intolerant and bigoted but their focus is men and white people so its okay to them. God forbid I talk about women and minorities like they talk about white people and men.

What is a tattoo a red flag for you? I have never really thought about it and I dont personally know any women with tattoos(as far as I know) who are totally horrible people(as far as I know).
