What past? Are we still not dealing with racism and sexism? What happened at the capital and then a story about a woman dying because her husband forced her to have four abortions in one year until they had a boy... I’m glad things are better where you are, the the rest of the world is lagging behind.

I feel that people can empathize with the other and in turn help understand each other better through conversation. I have been surrounded by both men and women in my whole life, I’ve seen a fair share of abuse and addiction. it is not THAT hard to put myself in their shoes Men don’t want to be falsely accused of rape, just as women want to be believed when they recount their horrific experiences. Not all men rape....duh we know that However there are a lot of sick twisted people in the world an…

I think mindfulness is a desired trait in both partners. For example (s): She knows you are having a hard day and she goes out of her way to cheer you up/distract from the issue (If she were not mindful, she might not even have noticed you being upset in the first place) What if there is a game you really want or a some new dice for your D&D adventure. She is mindful of this and surprises you with the game and it’s the special edition you talked about. Or there is a shiny new dice set/addition i…

So he broke down in tears because you weren’t ready for sex due to your past/mental health Then processed to make it all about himself when you mentioned your thought process of pushing away negative thoughts. Thinking you had faked the whole thing... take his tears and let them roll like water off a ducks back!!! I’m glad you stood up for yourself!

Men use the visual thing only when it benefits them. When there are crumbs on the counter after they supposedly wiped it down, they can’t see them. Or when they sweep/vacuum the floor and leave a bunch of dust behind… The argument is crap at best, but that doesn’t stop them from using it.

Yes exactly!! It is male birds with the bright colours! Depending on the species he’s the one to build the nest and/or have a whole dance to try and outcompete his rivals. (Also one of the reasons the females tend to be so plain is to camouflage better in their environment. This way any predators are more likely to go after the colourful male and leave mom+babies alone.) All that being said, how can they say they are so ViSuAl yet hardly notice so many subtle or even obvious things?!?

You are right! This is just the tip of the iceberg. We all know he’s not a HVM and this is his only hang up. We can assume that his fussy, whiny LV self is doing very little the be an equal in their household.
