I made 140 days, but I did a lot of other stuff in the time I'd spend fapping. I was actually top busy to notice the urge to fap. I'm not saying it'll work for everyone, but it did help me with getting my life on a steadier track. I crashed a week or so ago, but I'm trying it again. I suggest anyone out there who's willing to try this should avoid the community.

I don't think this is any different from porn. It seems you're just replacing it with milder form of it when you should just cut it out completely.
