It all looks so tiresome.

3.) Don’t answer questions so seriously. You’re going to be asking each other open-ended questions. If she asks what you do, you don’t have to tell her right away. Make her guess. Make it a game. Give her clues. Joke with her answers. Example (Her): “So what do you do for fun?” (You): “Have you heard of lemon fishing” (Her): “wtf is that?” (You): * make up a quick fake 30 second story about “lemon fishing” and then at the end joke with her that she actually believed that. THEN after she inevitab…

I do not understand this. Why didn't you show the face? What's interesting here if they could only see your bookcase/guitar? What do you mean in your original post with "they could see a part of my face"? I'm legitimately at a loss here.

For men It's used in conjunction with the "league terminology" in order for women to cast doubt in men's eyes before they even decide to approach. I have read this three times now and I still don't understand what you said. Can you explain this for a dummie?

Look, I have also had social anxiety. It was worse a couple of years ago than now. And that's okay - as long as you put an effort into working on it and try to get better. What's not okay thoughn(,nd that's what you are doing right now) is realising you have bad social skills but instead of working on it you expect other people to do the work for you. That's just scummy.

I’m not straightforward so I’ll never shoot my shot but just giving a glance a couple of times should signal that it’s okay for him to come over and talk lol. Thank you for making it harder for men. But you're a woman so apparently it's ok.

this comment confirmed my thoughts that I am a social idiot and have no idea how the brain of a woman works.

My mate said I should do that to one. Basically same advice as the top comment. When I said "I don't think this will work" because I was skeptical he said that she will see he follows me so "it'll be fine". Your thoughts on this?

What do you want me to do? Change everyone else's behavior? I'm not trying to. I'm also not trying to put you down because you wrote something that I didn't...like, I guess? Just like you I also try to give my own insight.

I think it's a self-esteem booster for women to be liked Yes but I probably speak for all men if I write "please not like this". I'm not trying to brag or anything, but how many times did your confidence get boosted this year? Probably tens, if not hundreds of times because of some compliment. And I'm not talking about work stuff or anything but about looks/style. I can tell you how many times I've been complimented this year. It was once, today actually. I got a haircut last weekend and this yo…

Your comment just destroyed the "high" I achieved a week ago with the social skills that I learnt because I finally felt confident for the first time in my life (I'm 21). Now you tell me this: If that's the case women do tend to act more bold and aggressive due the environment, and flirt back because they like attention. Even for me, flirting can be a bit of a defense mechanism and I've seen or heard about women sort of showing this "interest" behavior when they're not serious. I guess it's a st…

Can't I ask you a question you sure you didn't mean "can"?

If you don’t move when she expresses interest then she feels rejected. Why are many women like this? How can I even know that she's showing interest? Fuck man, why can't they just be direct about it. I automatically assume they're just friendly.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
