The flip side is, it's also exploitative of women to hire only pretty young women. Try contacting the local press. It might not be illegal but it's a pretty good story. You might publicly shame the business owner into changing his policy.

As a pragmatic matter, if you invite someone to dinner, you should at least offer to pay because you selected the venue. Even if it's just friend to friend, wouldn't you find it kind of shitty if someone invited you for sushi and then you found out you were on the hook for a $30 bill you weren't expecting?

Let me be more specific. It's not her violence that bothers me. People are going to react badly sometimes. Whatever. It's her sense of impunity that bothers me and I'm not imagining it. She calmly assaults that man for annoying her and smiles for the camera. The cashier's reaction to this? "You might want to splash some water on that." YOU MIGHT WANT TO CALL THE POLICE. You don't see the institutionalized insensitivity in that? Really?

You're all missing the point. I'm not guessing at her motives for getting violent. I don't care how she was raised. But she actually smiles for the camera before she leaves at the end. That shows that she knew society would not punish her. That's the reason it says something unpleasant about society. It's another expression of the patriarchal view of women as being too weak to be responsible for their actions.

Came here to say this. You'll get better results if you let people in on the little deception earlier rather than later. If there were a clever way to do it with the deception replaced by ambiguity it would be even better. Like, "GENDER EQUALITY: Did you know one gender accounts for 95% of workplace fatalties? Yeah, she's obviously trying to be funny and failing. Incidentally, I work for a company that has a huge call center on the same floor as IT where I work. There's a small pair of bathrooms between IT and the call center and a large pair of bathrooms between the call center and the front door. Often, people from the call center use the smaller bathrooms just because they are closer for some people. Point is, I know from multiple women I work with, that it's not even worth trying that small ladies…
