To be fair the problem is a bit more systemic than that. As someone who has and continues to extensively study the mind, it’s undeniable that quality education and continued individual attention through childhood is important. This isn’t going to be a popular opinion, however I agree with you. I think that the elimination of pain as a part of punishment for crime/our lawsuit happy society has led to a massive shift in people’s general ethics. It would be difficult. I know single women can. Best guess is it would depend on how sexist your case worker is about there needing to be a mum. I’d record the entire interaction and if something fishy came up or I was denied for just being a man- I’d get an attorney involved.

With regards to recording inside boundaries of private property. This is how I understand it works: You can’t film someone through their window of their private property, that’s non-admissible and potentially unlawful. But if they’ve invited you into the property or you belong there (co-tenant)- only if the person being recorded asks you to stop do you have to stop. Otherwise I think it’s no-holds-bar admissible. I was just responding to someone else on this. But for men with a background in STEM, they are too skilled/valuable to be let go. End of story. There’s an industry shortage of skilled tech labor. I mean. Last I checked as much as 60% of skilled tech jobs were unfilled in the US because of a severe shortage of skilled workers. I’m no attorney but I have been through enough cases with them to estimate the most likely reason he waited. In defamation cases, there is no case unless there are accountable damages. It would be difficult to estimate that without a timeline and evidence (I.E. getting turned down for a big job because of allegations).
