Thing is, there are women with ill intent. Power, revenge, hiding infidelity, etc. False accusations and assumptions do happen. There is no proper way that works 100% of the time, and one may see the same thing differently from another. I assume it's the idea that men and women see sex and relationships stereotypically differently. If women do it, it's intended to be romantic and "well intention." I always believed that the law wasn't about morality, but public regulation. Personally, I don't believe in laws that aren't about potential nonconsenting victims, trying to be as specifically technical as I can.
