I've been called things ranging from "rapist" to "woman hater" to "pussy". I've rarely received a positive comment on it. That's Liberal universities for ya.
I catch the same flack as a primary school teacher. Unfortunately there's nothing you can really do about it. People are always going to worry over stupid stuff like this.
To be fair, I see how those poor womyn are oppressed. Until they're being payed 150% of what their male counterparts are paid, get 365 sick days a year and their job description is "complain about male privilege", there will be no equality.
