Personally I do, as they had been talking and "just friends" for a few months that I knew of and would talk often on discord. They didn't have each other on FB or any other just that one. They would talk about alot of things and she would tell me and show me it's harmless talk. Yet I leave for a week of work with helping my mother get into hospice and setup for her long term that she has left to coming home seeing msgs from the very day I left until I arrived of her and him love bombing each oth…

Being nice to her doesn't make you a fool. It makes you the better person for not falling into the habit of being petty or vindictive against her for the simple reason of being civil for the kids. It would be different or even difficult if you didn't have kids in the equation, but once you start crossing lines that you wouldn't want crossed against you, then you have the choice to choose to be a better person for your kids. I know its not much of a consolation, but at least your ex waited for the divorce or even waited a year who knows actually. My wife of 12 years told me she was not happy, to walk out and next day into a hotel with a guy who she had been talking to for idk how long. It has now been 7 weeks since she left, she is already living with this guy in another state and I cant even file for divorce for another 3 months since I am new to the state and it requires 6 months residency to even get a divorce.

I would assume it all started not long after we got together, maybe 3 months into the relationship her mother passed away. She shut herself down emotionally, almost catatonic in appearance to anyone from the outside. I could have walked away, I could have let her heal and grieve and be apart of her life if she wanted later, but instead she gripped me tightly and didn't want me to go, so I stayed. I helped her everyday for almost 2 years with everything from making sure she would eat and even bat…

If it was that simple I would have already done that. But there's a simple legal hurdle that requires me to be living in the state for 6 months an the county for 3 before I can file. I have been here for 3 months an can't file for another 3.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
