Because looking at something isn't the same thing as thinking about something. I'm not sure why this is difficult for men to grasp. If the roles were reversed, you'd probably have quite a different visceral reaction to your wife privately thinking her coworker is hot, versus walking in on her jamming a dildo inside of herself while staring at a photograph of said coworker.

No need to hope, it's already true. Women in the US couldn't even buy their own home or get a credit card without a man until the 1970s. Our education and employment opportunities have increased dramatically in that time span. Abortion was only legalized in the 1970s as well. All of this allows us to live independently and support ourselves without needing to chain ourself to a toxic man. Feminism made it happen and that's why men are so pissed off, because we don't have to settle for their bull…

It won't help men because they're fucked up beyond repair. But it will absolutely help us live free and fulfilling lives without them ❤️

Literal millennia of ingrained misogyny and abuse unfortunately. Women have only started gaining equal rights very recently and they're still seething about it

The scary part is, so many of them DO pretend to be a decent person and they put on an Oscar-worthy performance of it. My most recent ex was a psychiatrist, listened to all my trauma from my ex-husband's porn addiction, assured me it wasn't something he needed and he preferred the real thing anyway. We had sex multiple times a day and he seemed sweet, genuine, and loving. Nope it was all a lie, not only did he have a secret porn stash he lied about but he also had a side piece (one I know of for…

Yeah I'm not denying that trashy romance movies/novels, smut, etc are popular in a "least common denominator" kind of way. But just because these things are popular doesn't mean every single woman is into that stuff. Marvel movies, Kardashian Instagram posts, Taylor Swift music, etc are all popular and record breaking too, but there's still many millions of people who don't give a shit about any of those things. I personally don't care for romance/smut at all and if any of my female friends are,…

If not, then why punish others for not being able to do that? How am I punishing anyone? I'm simply choosing not to date men because I'm honest with myself and I know it's not a behavior I can live with. No human being is entitled to a romantic relationship with anyone. Policing arousal and thoughts is...a choice. I don't think it's a reasonable expectation but it's your life to live. I don't want to police arousal or thoughts lol. That's gross and weird. I just want a partner who's on the same …

This is incredibly false. You're just projecting how men think onto women. Objectively speaking my partners have all been "below average" as in, they wouldn't be on the cover of a magazine and I was regularly told I was dating "below my league". If you want specifics, one was a scrawny 130 dude from a minority that historically has less success with women on dating apps; another was an obese, balding ginger dude with multiple chins who could barely walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and …

Lmaooo I'm so tired of the "Men use porn because their partners let themselves go" argument. Completely false. I was a size 2 my entire marriage, was emotionally supportive to him regardless of his employment status, and was willing to have sex or blow him literally whenever he wanted (which wasn't very often; I was almost always the one initiating). He STILL chose porn. And I'm far from alone. I have some friends who are actual models and very openly sexual who would still get rejected by their…

Do women suddenly lose all sexual attraction to other men when they get into a relationship? For me, genuinely, yes. And it crushes my soul to find out my partner is only pretending to feel the same way. I have chosen to remain single for this reason, after too many experiences with men lying about their porn. I can recognize when other people, male or female, are objectively attractive. I can think, "In another lifetime, so and so might have made a lovely partner." But I'm not out there curatin…

I 100% agree with you there. However, I don't think the solution is to expect women to accept less. Congratulations on being one of a literal handful of men on the internet who understand this lol. Not being sarcastic by the way, it's genuinely that rare that I encounter this mentality from a man. I think the solution to the male loneliness epidemic is men uplifting other men and improving our social circles. As a heterosexual woman who is done with men romantically, THIS is exactly how women li…

Love how the men are literally all proving your point while simultaneously claiming it "doesn't count as hypergamy"

Jesus Christ this thread is just 1000000% confirming my decision to never trust or date a man again lmao. Male logic justifying their cheating is truly a terrifying sight to behold

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
