Remember that nursing front most on the forefront of people who have to deal with the disease though, I’m not saying that to discount the argument, just say thing that it is one of the most important jobs right now when it comes to directly helping the sick.

Well women were oppressed, they just weren’t alone. That’s the revisionism.

I was using 100% more as a figure of a thing that barely happens, but it was unclear. I would argue that there isn’t a lot of social pressure for a man to ask to split the bill, especially because there are plenty of kind people who would offer to pay for a meal on a date just because they want to.

When a man does what? Totally flip the bill on his spouse and make them pay him for his financing of a life? That’s just a bad thing for anyone to do, including the woman in the article. This is not something that just happens everyday, this is just a marriage that is going through a rough spot, and needs a little tome to work out a new financial system.

That still sounds more like an individual issue rather than one that pertains to men, because it doesn’t happen 100% of the time. Some feminists want to uphold traditional gender roles in life? So what, that’s the point of the movement; for women to be able to make their own choices. As long as both parties are consenting to the rules, it’s fine. The problem with this story is that they weren’t following the consensual agreement, both their private agreement, and the agreement to just be a lovin…

This seems more like a contained issue within the marriage, not particularly a men’s rights issue

The perceived harm comes from when it is expected, or more like, seen as an exploitable trait. That’s what I think, and I love paying for things

Those are very valid points, and that why I believe the Men’s Rights Movement is needed as well. I don’t think that the plight of the woman is nonexistent, quite the opposite actually, but I don’t think that either of the Activism Movements need take away from each other.

I personally have seen a few comments about how women had I super easy because their husbands were made to fork the bills, which I see as a bit of an attack on the women’s rights movement, given that they, not feminism, were the ones to get them the rights to autonomy. As for feminism, it’s really a give or take for me. While feminism has been a fair bit harmful to men, they have made progress when it comes to female representation in a lot of areas where women simply weren’t there before. That …

Good point, also, don’t feel like you have to marry anyone too. You can live a life full of love without a single romantic relationship.

Marry who you want. Male, Female, and anyone outside or in between. Marry them because you love them, or for insurance reasons, or just because you feel like it, as long as you both know the consequences of your actions. That’s what I think.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
