Hey I hear you loud and clear and honestly I appreciate the bluntness. This whole thing has me spinning and you are right I should have never signed that MSA. I see it now. I make 250k but after taxes, 401k, medical, dental. I get about 7000 from one job and about 5000 from the other. I have take home of 13000, but this is after i chopped my 401k down so I had more cash coming in. my 401k is 3000 a month for 2 companies. I want to sell the house but I have been told this is a ploy. But the ploy is about making me lose all my money and end up homelss. At this point 2 more months and I will be homeless.

So the lawyer I had at the time told me this is very temporary. So I thought I could keep this aflot for a few months. I could but now its taking all my money as each month I have to charge more and more onto credit cards. Thank you all for your info and support, it really means a lot. My situation is a little different, which is why I’m asking here.
