Americans have grown disconnected with reality. I know at least 5 guys who graduated from college in the past 6 months, have jobs, save $1k plus per month, and will look you dead in the face and say the economy sucks. Go touch some grass please.

I think Kamala will end up winning, but democrats gotta learn how to play “dirtier” the next election. Trump used to run child beauty pageant, be best friends with Epstein, has been sued and lost for sexual assault yet everyone thinks the democrats are the pedos?

Some researchers used AI to read through US local news paper for the past 170 years and estimate the economic sentiment of the population. TLDR; it reinforces exactly what I thought. Humans are wired to read negative media, so the media hyped up how bad the economy is to drive readers. As we’ve gotten more media, they compete and need to be more negative to get people. We’ve had a worse feeling about the economy since the 1990s then we did in the Great Depression.

People really hate on “mainstream” media, but it’s the back bone of all the information you get. You’re favorite political commentator isn’t doing journalism, they’re putting their own spin on what the mainstream media provides them with.

/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/24 06:08 AM

Made myself an expensive steak tonight after not having it for a while. Steak just doesn’t feel health. It’s very fatty and to make it taste half way decent, you have to baste it in butter plus you typically put oil in the pan, then you put a bunch of salt on it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/24 05:49 AM

Really wanted him to go into depth about the 2020 election but they only spent a few minutes and really got no where. Mike Pence, Jan 6, abortion, how he would actually address the boarder “crisis”, and what exactly he would do with Israel & Ukraine were either not talked about at all or just mentioned in passing. They did do a little on JFK which I found interesting.

“Society is failing young men” maybe young men are failing society. Society tells young men what to do to be a productive part. Go to the gym, get educated whether it’s trades or college, be compassionate, volunteer, touch grass and like half of young guys say no and instead wants to watch porn and play video games and complain they’re depressed. They almost are trying to hold society hostage, if I can’t get pussy as easy my grandfather I will be a menace to society. It’s really not that hard, I…

Ya it’s simple. Dems could be the most incompetent people on earth, and I’d still prefer them bc they respect democracy. Should be the easiest vote in the world. If you don’t value democracy then ya move on to other issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/24 02:18 PM

No, I’m saying if Americans top interest isn’t preserving democracy they are wrong. By voting for trump Americans are saying they don’t care about democracy.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/24 02:05 PM

You and the point aren’t connecting here. Maybe reread my comment and try to grasp it.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/24 01:57 PM
1

Americans wants are miss aligned is my whole point. This isn’t an issue of where the democrats are, this is an issue of where the American population is. If most Americans thought the sky was purple, and democrats ran on saying the sky is blue and republicans just said no the sky is purple, the issue isn’t the democrats. Democrats are saying your main interest should be preserving democracy, tons of Americans don’t care and they are wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/24 01:51 PM
1

Yes, I’m American. You seem to not understand what I’m saying. Americans know what they want, they don’t know what is in their best interest. Those are two different thing. Preserving American democracy should be at the top of every Americans interest, but it’s not and that’s my biggest issue. Most Americans cannot think for themselves. Also yes Biden has funded Israel? Trump would too but even more.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/24 01:35 PM
1

I don’t know what that first sentence means. Trump isn’t universally disliked, that’s the issues I have here. If Americans want trump, they should get him. I’m not saying we need to over throw democracy to save democracy, that’s more of a trump thing. Most Americans don’t know what is in their best interest, above economic or immigration issues, should be preserving democracy.

Lol this is like the both siding Olympics. “Ok trump may have denied the election results, and lied to every America and was either dumb enough to believe it or evil enough to not care. You keep changing point. Trump has flip flopped you just don’t care and you know it based off your comments. I literally couldn’t care less about most of this garbage. Trump and Kamala could flip flop all they want, Kamala could say she wants to kill all our dogs and id still vote for her. Trump denying the election was pass the pale. By voting for him you’re saying that’s ok and good to do, we should lie about one the most important fundamental things to the country.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/24 01:01 PM

No he hasn’t he went from mass deportations to stapling green cards to diplomas. Went from no new wars to it’d be ok to have a few new wars with as long as they’re for Israel. Went from a self funded “I don’t need outside donors” to practically begging anyone to flip him a few dollars. He’s flipped flopped on some of his core issues.

Trump doesn’t respect the rule of law, funds wars that harm America and pulls out of wars that help America. He couldn’t figure out the boarder his first go around which I don’t care about. Is saying he will increase legal immigration. Had more gun restriction measures than Obama put in place, and says he will restrict free speech of anti zionists. He’s a loser and fat puppet of Israel, can’t believe Trump supports can even respect the guy.

Why would I trust a random sources opinion and not trumps own words? I trust trump more than the lame stream media which try’s to convince us trump is not pro legal immigration. Trump wants to pull funding out of Ukraine. So who’s really weaker? Lol just let powers roll you over and that makes you stronger ig. They both fund Israel, but trump will be a dog to Bibi. Which is why he says he will be the best president in history for Israel.

Trump is so anti war and isolationist that he will provide Israel with the weapons to attack Iran. On the real tho, if you think Israel can attack Iran without American direct involvement you don’t have a good grasp of the situation. You also don’t know how congress works.

Huh maybe you’re confused bc my presidential candidate says stuff more like this - What I want to do and what I will do is you graduate from a college, I think you should get automatically as part of your diploma, a green card to be able to stay in this country,” Trump said. “And that includes junior colleges, too.” I hate illegal immigration, I’d rather the legal kind where they can not only take the low paying jobs but also the high paying ones. The current administration did start multiple wa…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 04:31 PM
1

Yes, total agreement. Mass deportation of illegals, mass importation of migrants who get degrees here, just like he said. I mean we need someone to take these jobs that require college degrees right? We don’t have enough college grads to fill those jobs currently. That’s why all the college graduates in this country have high paying jobs. No new wars yet, but if we are lucky trump will take out Iran like he says. He says Biden is weak on Iran which is why I am voting for Trump.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 04:19 PM
1

I agree with you, once we stop illegal immigration and increase legal immigration, we’ll have more money to fund a war against Iran. Which is a major threat to America as you know. They’re only 7k miles away. A short 20 hour plane ride and they’re at our front door. The horrors.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 04:12 PM
1

Oh yes trump will defend Isra… I mean americas boarders well. Just like he did in his first term. Which is why he’s also going to be stapling green cards to all diplomas. #BossMove. No more illegal immigration if we make them all legal.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 04:04 PM
1

No actually when you pull us, we heavily favor Trump. But that’s ONLY bc he’s such a good president for America and bc he is America first. Also he says he will defend America from Iran which as we both know is definitely one of greatest threats to America. Unfortunately, Biden admin won’t do the strikes we want and is even trying to restrict our ability to get offensive weapons. Nah I mean I agree. Seriously Kamala looks so desperate getting all the people that worked closely to Trump to denounce him and say he’s bad for the country.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/24 05:13 AM
1

They’ll both support Israel somewhat but to act like it’s even in the same ball park is dumb. Trump says he’s the best president for Israel himself. Trump says this and Jewish Americans don’t even vote for him. He’s being fisted by Israel and gaining nothing. Can’t respect the guy. How have you been impacted by the borders? I’ve never given a single fuck about the border.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/24 05:11 AM

Ya I’ll admit she’s getting desperate. So desperate she got Trump’s former VP, Secretary of defense, security advisor, press secretary, and attorney general to denounce him.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/24 05:05 AM
1

It’s not even close. Trump will get us into war with Iran and be dog walked by Bibi, the Biden White House has already shown significant restraint and that letter dropping was proof. Kamala has already signaled she’s less pro Israel than Biden.

And we are chilling, household debt is normal, more people own homes now than in the 80s, more people are getting educated. This victim mentality has a grip on you. Everyone always thinks the economy is bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/24 04:10 AM
1

Household debt is only at record highs by total number. As a percent of household disposable income, household debt is the same as it was in the 80s. If you want to buy the same size homes as they did in the 80s, you most definitely can on a middle class income. People’s expectations have gotten so out of wack. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/TDSP

No you’re making it out that the avg person is where the worst person is. Most people don’t graduate college in massive amounts of debt, the median is $25k. A mortgage that can go underwater is how any investment works. You need to get out of the victim mentality. I’d much rather live now than in the 80s.

I’m not a horny loser, I don’t need to appreciate every msg a woman send me. If she wanted me that bad she’d show it. Odds are she actually matched with me bc it gave her an opportunity to talk about her travels.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/24 07:11 PM
2

That’s my standard. I want a woman who will scroll through my photos, ask me about them, or respond with questions. Why are you so upset I have high standards? Also it’s not like a one off conversation I’ve had, I have dozens and dozens of chats where the women don’t ask me a single question just respond.

Trump no longer represents what he did in 2016 so I don’t know why he still has his base. Went from an anti war candidate to a total shill for Israel pushing to start a war with Iran, went from a self funded campaign to a desperate man looking to any billionaire to get money, went from a pro free speech absolutist to saying he wants to ban anti Israeli talking points, and went from being an outsider to hiring a bunch of career politicians to staff his cabinet. Women typically have a more visually pleasurable distribution of fat and have areas where it’s actually looks good. Women disburse fat more evenly across the body so they can be “fatter” while not looking it. This isn’t mentioned ever.

The UFO classified information has come up again in the news and as I get older, as I see how people react to things, I’m beginning to think it’s probably a good thing for US to keep certain things secret even if it’s not an external national threat. People say you have to write liberal papers to get good grades in college, but as long as you’re able to back up your points and write well no one gives af. The reasons people give for the declining birth rates in developed countries, especially when you talk to women, is always wrong. It has nothing to do with how expensive a child is, people have been having kids at higher rates in infinitely worse conditions throughout history and still are in developing countries. You can better adjust to your abilities to learn new skills like finding what techniques help you. But there’s a limit, a person with a higher IQ has a higher limit.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 07:49 PM
1

How can you assume I’m not assuming, this a well researched topic. It’s fact that those who go to college and graduate have a higher IQ on average. I’m not talking about the complexity of implementation, I’m talking about the complexity of how it will effect on the voter. It’s hard for a low IQ voter to understand how the implementation of tariffs or funding the Ukraine war will effect them.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 07:47 PM
1

College doesn’t cause you to have a higher IQ, but it’s heavily correlated. Literally from my first comment. My point is that when you’re shooting to gain the non college degree population you need to come at them from their level. On average, they are lower IQ, so trying to win them over with complex economic solutions is likely not going to work. You need find out what they can understand and work with that.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 07:01 PM

As I said in my earlier statement, college doesn’t cause you to have a higher IQ. It’s a correlation, meaning people who are able to get through college on average have a higher IQ. College degrees act as a sort of sieve.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 06:59 PM
1

That article says nothing about non college graduate IQs, it actually affirms my point “What’s more, the rate of dropping out is negatively linked with IQ — the lower an undergraduate’s IQ, the more likely it is that they will leave college without a degree…”

IQ isn’t about book smarts or how many things you have memorized. IQ is a measure of your ability to learn new take and understand more complex concepts.

From my understanding, IQ is a measure of how quickly you can acquire new skills. Your IQ doesn’t change with increasing levels of education.

aCtUalLy, this doesn’t contradict anything I said. More people going to college means it will closer to the average persons IQ. It doesn’t mean the people who don’t go to college are the same level of intelligence.

No that not what that comment says, she says “which is an extremely unfair system” meaning she thinks I want a change to the voting system.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 06:28 PM

IQ correlates with education. The higher the education level achieved, the higher the IQ on average.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 06:27 PM

It’s a status symbol that’s highly correlated with intelligence.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 06:21 PM

You inferred incorrectly that my comment means we need to change the voting system.

Reading comprehension is not a strong suit of yours.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 06:10 PM

People who don’t go to college have lower IQs than people who do. College doesn’t cause you to have a higher IQ, but it’s heavily correlated. We should be more open with that when thinking about voting trends.

My three favorite bits are saying “cancel me I don’t care cancel me” after I saying a basic opinion, when someone says something I haven’t done in a little saying “haven’t done that since 07”, and anytime I see a fire truck copying Cody ko and saying I left my mix tap somewhere.

Why is considered “low t” to be anti isolationist? Why do you want more government? I refuse to vote for trump bc he wants to wall this country off and stop free trade.

Is Melania coming out as pro choice supposed to draw women to Donald or is she trying. To push them away?

Doubt it, betting markets and polls are going against him.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 03:51 AM

We don’t talk about the topic much, but I would assume I put in the most effort and I don’t do much. But that’s just kinda part of the equation, why are all of us so disinterested?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 03:25 AM

What are you insinuating?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 03:10 AM

Who says that? I’ve never heard that phrase. I know plenty of people who I think could do better than their current partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 03:08 AM

Between 27 and 21.

Bottom of the barrel isn’t all about looks
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 02:59 AM

I think they could be in some form of a relationship. I likely could too, but that would be bottom of the barrel people.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/24 02:57 AM

My parents had 4 kids (even split guys and girls), we’re all adults and none of us have ever had a long term relationship. 3 of us have never even had a significant other, 1 had a “bf” in hs for a few months. I wonder if my parents ever think if it was something they caused. I don’t have anything particular that I think they did wrong. I don’t think we are particularly unattractive.

Maybe if I went to a significantly more expensive plan. Just really frustrated that she insist on this even tho it has no benefits and inconveniences under the guise of “independence”.

My mom and I keep having this argument and I can’t figure out who’s being unreasonable. I started living on my own immediately after college which was like 4 months ago. My mom has been hounding me since to get my own phone plan, which I’ve been paying them for my part which is $40 a month, bc I should be “independent” It will save them $0 to get me off their plan, the money gets transferred from my account to hers automatically, and I could actually get a discount plan from my job but don’t wan…

I doubt I’m competing with many illegal immigrant accounts. You could argue they actually save me money by allowing companies to have lower salary expenses.

I’ve never given a single fuck about illegal or legal immigration. Am I supposed to be react like Oh no, illegal immigrants are taking all the farm hand jobs ahhh!?

A new woman, who’s supposed to be pretty good, joined our team but has missed two meetings within the first week and blames it on time zones. Idc cause I don’t work with her, but took this company months and they still suck at hiring.

No, they can target a given product with a tariff. So like there was a tariff put on Chinese washing machines and all it did was force us to start manufacturing our own washing machines at a higher price.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 01:56 AM
1

Yes, they make everything more expensive, if we could make them cheaper here, we’d already be making them here. It’s all about comparative advantage. If consumers here can save money buying TVs from China they’ll be able to spend the money on something else.

All I want is candidate who is free trade, hawkish, work on the national debt and allow immigrants in. Why is this too much to ask for?

I haven’t heard either party shit on tariffs, wish they would tho. Almost every economist thinks they’re stupid.

You have Asperger’s who are you to say what’s unhinged. That’s actually socially normal. But to give you a good answer, the Democratic party is not the Republican Party of 10 years ago. Were you alive 10 years ago? And no we know what happened on 9/11, all the conspiracies rely on a vague gesture to weird things that happened. Ugh but hrr durr have you ever seen how those Israeli “art students” were taking pictures. I’ve read all the conspiracies, I’m just not as retarded as you to believe them.

I read through some of your comments. I like to know who I’m deal with. I could poke holes in dozens of things you’ve posted and give you specifics. You gotta touch grass.

No you’re retarded lol. You don’t know anymore about the world than anyone else.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/24 06:26 AM

All those conspiracy theories that exclaim it’s the Jews, the rich, the “swamp”, politicians, etc. really running this all, must have never worked with people or done a group project. The idea that a group is able to work as efficiently as they say is unfathomable. Also getting that many people to agree on a goal is impossible. There are rich people who gain from increased minimum wage.

It’s hard to find good statistics on this, but based off a cursory glance, OF seems like a ridiculously good return for your average person. At first you may say “uh according to google the median monthly income is only $180”, but that number doesn’t include tips. Along with that, the wording implies it includes large swaths of accounts that aren’t active. I could easily envision that if a person put a modicum of effort promoting themselves, maybe had some niche, and were active, they could hit …
