How to significantly improve your physique attractiveness with a minimalist approach. It's a program for people with time constraints who aren't trying to get huge. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/08/14 10:51 PM
How to significantly improve your physique attractiveness with a minimalist approach.Ellington darden, phd, worked with arthur jones who helped with the formative years of HIT. He has a few protocols out. I'd link it but I'm on mobile. You can get some size and power from it if you're willing to push yourself for about 30 minutes. I don't do it anymore as I wanted more size and power. It got me to 170lbs at 5'10" but my current protocol got me to 198lbs at 5'11" so depends on your goals and time constraints. I don't believe Stoppanni has anything on HIT but I could be wrong. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/08/14 10:49 PM
More fat acceptance. The before and after, true body acceptance is hamstertastic. It's not hard ladies: eat healthy and work out.You weren't attacked. A comment was made about bronies and rather than realizing that it was simply a generalization, you took offense to it. At no point did anyone attck you or tell you not to be a brony. In fact, in this entire conversation, you're the only one who has insulted people or put them down. It's like reading a thread where girls bitch and moan because some celebrity said, "I like fit women". The women all gather around and talk about how the celeb is sexist and how he can't tell th… | /r/TheRedPill | 15/05/14 05:48 PM
Football Games, Girls and 'Equality'One of my favorite scenes in the God Father trilogy. The film was what got me into into RP (kinda). Was discussing it with a friend and he said a few things that made me curious and here I am. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/05/14 01:11 AM
Football Games, Girls and 'Equality'"real man" Go fist yourself! Hate that fucking phrase. Has to be one of the most feminine and pathetic shaming tactics that can be employed. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/05/14 03:46 PM
Man writes satire titled "5 things women need to do in their 20s." It gets published; hilarity ensues.Hadn't thought of that. Sounds like what happened in this case. I mean, once you parse through the trolling comments, there are comments from women who actually agree with parts of that article. In fact, it was linked on another site that caters to women. Not really sure what it says about your movement when trolls sound like they belong. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/03/14 11:25 PM
Man writes satire titled "5 things women need to do in their 20s." It gets published; hilarity ensues. The article was written by a member of the site and linked. I'm in shock that it was actually published. Not sure how anyone read that and didn't see through the obvious satire and mockery. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/03/14 01:26 AM
Hey guys how would your parents be viewed here in TRP?Dad: beta (unfortunately) Mom: sloots gonna sloot (literally) Learning all this stuff on my own sucks cause no man in my family is "alpha". Except one of my grandads who took a woman on the side when his wife fucked up and has kept her in his life for over 20 years. No apologies or fucks given. Unfortunately, his children didn't take after him. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/03/14 06:50 AM
