Two very different scenarios. There is a difference being a witness who can put someone in jail, and being a defendant on the stand. Law by design prefs to have guilty parties be free, than have innocent people in jail. A witness being coached and putting someone in jail (which can be for weeks or years, in cases of rape years!) is leagues more dangerous than a person who has gone to court multiple times for similar crime (given this circumstance, it's probably a non violent crime or a crime tha…

Ai just talks too much. A lawyer can ask questions they can't tell you anything else. Once AI says maybe include X or what a jury would think if you said Y, avoid saying Z because it gives this impression. You just got coached. If you ask give me some questions, that's fine. If you tell it your answers, you are probably screwed. There is nothing stopping a lawyer from asking a judge to supena your search history or chatgpt history if your story seems to be very coached...

Many of those other departments it's low future. It's interesting seeing male dominanted spaces become female dominated and then abandoned by drive. Marketing used to be a prestigious job. So did sales. It's kind of funny and sad.

Hello. Unfortunately you can not fix what people think. All I can tell you is to be good and people will see good in you. Understand that certain triggers words can cause people to jump, you need to remember that people aren't blind. They can see actions and behaviors and judge for themselves what's going on. There are crazy people out there but thankfully the hype of woman >> men is dying now. The first few people who came out saying woman aren't better at men at everything were ridiculed and d…

We need more men only spaces. Find a group of guys and go to someone's house and eat dinner together and then talk. It doesn't need to be about anything just chat. Gossip about life.

It's going to be a duty of care issue. I can watch you go kill yourself through stupidity. But if I'm responsible for you, then I have a duty to take care of you so that you don't. They will likely try to argue that the boyfriend had signed some non verbal agreement with the girlfriend. I don't think he will be convicted, without knowing more about the case, this logic seems to take some leaps of faith. But then again idk what evidence the prosecution has.

Generally they are suffering from a lot of mental health issues. I personally think the hype up during their youth followed by not getting your goals result in people severely depressed and very angry. Life is hard. The climb is harder now that the Tolkien woman market is saturated. Its unrelated to women. But if you see failure as not a possibility it's going to hurt a lot when you fail.

My church does these small men's groups. They are incredible. Once a week we eat food and study the Bible. Every week I look forward to enjoying dinner with the bros. I recommend just hanging out as guys more often.

Operations like these are meant to protect little boys and girls. In this case the adult male is arrested after an operation confirmed he intended to engage in statutory rape with a young boy. This was done by law enforcement and not some YouTubers just looking to get views. This was a real police operation. while the police could be mistaken with this person, generally they don't get involved unless an in person component had been achieved. I am worried about the YouTubers who film and post vid…

First of all the country allows everyone to claim they have been assaulted irrelevant of alcohol intake. Any amount of alcohol in the man would indicate he is unable to consent and any sexual intercourse could be seen as SA. It doesn't differentiate between sexes but you will have trouble being taken seriously by the police, judge, and jury. The point of this law was to remove the burden of proof of showing that someone is intoxicated to the point they can't consent. Now the police only need to …

A sad reality is most non essential consumerism is by woman. So anything that serves an entertainment purpose is directed towards woman. Music, movies, books. What your seeing is an industry trying to sell to its biggest consumer. Men make less purchases but those purchases are expensive, at monthly/yearly intervals. Woman make many small to medium sized purchases and therefore spend more money at regular intervals.

Men and woman still have different roles. Woman do go into clearing operations but you need to be top tier woman to do that. Most active combat roles are men. Woman would be doing behind the scenes stuff. There was a massive uproar in WW1 and WW2 because of this. Those jobs where you don't see active combat where seen as promotional jobs where if you performed well you got put there or if you had special skills. They were also given to wealthy people as well. Adding woman to the army basically m…

It depends on what girl you are looking to be with. the human population and/or woman aren't homogeneous there are all kinds of people out there. Some will care others won't. I am not anti sex nor am I pro sex. I do enjoy sex, but I enjoy having sex with people I like. If a girl is so pro sex that she won't date you before you haven't had sex, then perhaps that's not the girl for you. It doesn't mean anything about you. It took me a long time to realize this but there is a lot of people out ther…

Any brown man above the age 12 is a possible terrorist/rapist. In Afghanistan a group of fighting aged males (12-40) hanging out is to be met with more alert than a group of children or women. In Israel originally only males were seen as potential combatants but after the massive amount of terror attacks by Christian women in the north they assume all non Israeli citizens to be possibly hostile and require confirmation to be seen as ordinary. Saying women and children also gives Israel less of a…

Studies done on women's health at my school show it's related to estrogen more so. It's a good cardiovascular protector. It's why women get sick instead of dying and why they get sick more after menopause. They still have estrogen just less than before. The amount still protects them to an extent. The conservatives think women shouldn't be in the military for traditional roles. The military isn't interested in more people if they can't maintain a level of standard. (Even men who don't fit ye standard) The government just want votes and voting to send people to war doesn't get you votes. Unless there is a real reason to put women on a draft it won't happen.

When I worked with kids we had so many dumb rules but the explanation behind it was its for your safety not the kids. Rules like dont be in a bathroom alone with a child even for simple things like needing paper towels. Never use thr kids bathroom we have our own bathrooms. The reason that its dumb is that they teach you this after they vetted you.

Before you drink sugary drinks. Think about your health. Sugar in such quantities isnt good for you. Right now we have sugar in everything... Sugary drinks have so much sugar they dilute the taste of alcohol. Dont put that in your body. You can do better. Thankfully more places are posting sugar content of their wines/beers. Not that much better but at least you can have less than 1g of sugar per ml of drink.

This came up at a party I was at once because of the smash Bros community. Some men think of rape as assault+sex. A man/woman must fight back or he's not a man, men are stronger then women therefore men cant be raped. I dont think he understands exactly the power shift in rape but I was at a party and didnt want to talk about rape so I never continued the discussion.

The ones that shove it into your face tend to be shitty films. Men are stupid, men are smart. Women are stupid, women are smart. You should get a compromise between that for most films or shows. Secondly it doesn't actually matter. You can enjoy a media even if there are a few scenes you dislike.

Some of my male friends are interested in teaching or childcare. There is actively a agenda to reduce men in this field due to the customers thinking that if a male works there, the man would sexually assault the kids. Its one of the things MRA actively fights for is equal punishment for these horrible offenses. The fact that pedophiles and rapists can actively walk around society truly believing they can do no wrong because they are a woman is horrible.
