3	Guess which one is controllable. Nope, you being insecure about your weight is all that may make this seem offensive, lose some weight if being asked this would offend you. Quite simple. I would say it's exactly as offensive as being asked your height, but that'd be false, because your weight is easy to control, and being shamed for something you have no control over is worse.
