I agree, but I guess I expected him to be a more confident linguist since he's literally talking about how to be a better speaker. I wasn't hating on him or his message, I was just noting that his delivery didn't stand up to my expectations when I first opened the video.

He probably makes some good points, but in the first 30 seconds of his speech, he stumbles, says "umm....", puts his hands in his pockets, and laughs out of awkwardness. I can't sit through an hour of him teaching me how to be a good conversationalist when he can't even confidently give his speech!

1 all over. It's about as bald as you can get without shaving it completely. Chicks love rubbing the stubble on my head, so it's worked out in more ways than one.
