4	Anyone Have Conversation and/or Confidence-building Techniques They Can Share? I'm 23, F, with Social Anxiety, especially Around Guys I'm Attracted to. :( I guess I'll try to practice eye contact. I've tried in the past but just chickened out, afraid of being caught staring. Yep! It feels like getting caught :( You kinda are, right? You're looking at them and they saw you! I didn't even realize I had this problem until someone called me "cold and unapproachable." I had a really hard time talking to any guy that I thought was even kinda cute. Crashed and burned and made an ass of myself. So eventually I screwed up my courage and started on the low-hanging fruit. Killing kobolds with your longsword and wooden shield, if you will.
