The problem is that he doesn't know whether or not you've had this insight yet, so he keeps pushing it. | 3 | How to crush it in 2021I agree that his starter course is a good place to start, and the “theory” section is incredibly powerful and important, but in my experience it is also good to mix in some other guided meditations. Sometimes Sam’s meditations feel more like intellectual exercise, which is great but I don’t get as much spiritual/zen/flow state feeling out of them.
