Can't really understand since in our marriage contracts (here in Russia) we (husbands and wifes) have the right to decide 1) who gets what after divorce. 2) how can both husband and wife benefit from each other financially. There was a third point, but it's not really related too much to finances. So what's the problem with American marriage contracts, if we are to talk about them in particular?

I mean here in Russia husband and wife have the ability to write a marriage contract, in which they specify 1) What is divided after break up 2) How both can benefit in each other's profit. can't remember the third condition tho.
