My uncle and his ex-wife are playing a game of M.A.D. She continues to soak him of child support and alimony, and so he completely removed himself from the workforce and sleeps on family members' couches while he makes her suffer financially. She turned his son against him and she's having to work two jobs just to cover ends meet. But my uncle said, she would not stay happy with the court appointed child support, as soon as she found out he was making more money she kept taking him back to court…

My friend, you're not understanding what I'm saying. You still have the money. But to the courts, you had a bad streak at the crap tables ; - )

Marriage is a government contract. It's like forming a general partnership. If you're savvy with your money, why would you open a business based on emotions? I was once married, she took my daughter (because "the courts gave me the power" as she says). I'm reduced to a visitor and can't convince her to let my daughter sty with me for more than 2 days. Marriage is a joke because they made it a joke.

Man, that's hard. I'm sorry brother. Cut it off like a gangrene limb. You literally need to get them away from you. Trust me, that friend never saw you as a friend. It's hard to believe, but they looked down on you.

Is your ex and mine related. She has my daughter in another country and I have to spend thousands just to take her out on weekends to McDonald's. Will not let me spend a summer alone with my child. And she wonders why she's single.

My ex changed two days right after we got married, was absolutely a miserable woman. Been demanding and condescending. They learn it from the mothers. Don't get remarried. I met a wonderful woman, and I have to make an effort to remember that what keeps them pleasing just times is the facts that they do not have any control over you 1. They don't live with you 2. No co mingling funds (though we donate to a Chime card we use for dinner and outdoor activities that Both of us participate in) 3. No …

She's initiated, then later regretted it. Thought we had a chance after I moved on. . .5 years later. (go figure) Honestly, I'm so much happier. Just sucks the family courts favor women cause now she uses my relationship with my daughter as a weapon against me.
