1	Do you really want to spend your entire life thinking about this stuff? Framed in that way, I’d agree. And I’ve actually been consumed by it myself in terms of both time and mental energy. So, yes I understand where your question is coming from much better now. However, my triggering breakup was no less consuming. I am also a cognitive scientist. While, it wasn’t my specific area in cognition (I’m a psycholinguist), I do view it as knowledge expanding in a way that is bettering myself in my case.
