| 2 | Unconscious biases in tech job interviewsAs another person who performed interviews for intern software dev candidates (Though to be fair, was a ‘incubator’ in a non-tech company) it was pretty egregious… the female-product-owner openly advocated for the only female candidate on solely the basis of: ‘it’d be nice to have more women in the office.’ Even though the candidate couldn’t name a single data structure or language feature when asked.
