It gets done by them: https://advance-hsg-report.ch/ Not sure if it gets shared internally, HR hasn't said much more other than asking us to e-mail them our highest completed degree and which school/uni we went to for it. But they've been pouting about it in slack since it got announced, some even linking to an MRA political party complaining about equal pay haha. In German if anyone wants a laugh.

Depending on where you live tape recordings etc. can only be considered evidence if the other person consented to being recorded. Even dashcams are against privacy laws and not considered as evidence where I live.

Her skin will also recover if she has a healthy lifestyle. I also had a hanging belly after pregnancy and my doc just told me to eat well, breastfeed and do some exercise for my core + pelvic floor muscles. After a year and a half it went back to normal, apparently this happens because of fat redistribution and skin stretching which will reverse almost completely in most cases over time. So the decision isn't surgery or looking like that. He's just an impatient arse.

Look up if it's against the law and call the non emergency police number. Did that once when a man purposefully showed his penis at an outdoor pool and the police was there in 10min. People noticing/speaking up probably gets them off even more.

This is a classic thing I see / hear at work all the time (surrounded by tech bros, go figure). It's usually something insanely trivial, but they're CONVINCED that they're the logical sex and their partner/wife is a moody hormonal oscillator that can't make a single logical thought.
