And these people have partners who are devoted to them?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:19 AM
1

Yet their partners view them as winners? Wdym lack of motivation and activity? That can resemble a lot of things
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:15 AM
1

How interesting? Like someone who runs their own company and goes traveling every weekend and throws parties constantly?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:08 AM
1

what about them is boring? What makes them losers or repulsive?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:05 AM
2

do you know any personally?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 03:02 AM
2

Please prove this. How many men do you know who are repulsive and losers and boring have relationships and marriages? I bet not that many if any. I am good looking (have been told I should model multiple times) ambitious, educated (master's degree from a good school), financially secure, funny, dress well, and have hobbies I am passionate about (hiking, biking, photography, traveling) and have never come close to having a relationship

So women are allowed to have physical preferences for a man and I can't? Plenty of overweight women only want to date fit men. I find taller women attractive. Nothing wrong with that
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/24 07:30 AM

Are you short?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:37 PM

I go to university- grad school I'm in my early-mid 20s- I also attend meetups
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:36 PM

Yes but they have to compensate for their height perfectly in every other area
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:35 PM

It takes ten times as much work for a short man to find love. It's basically like asking someone to swim seven oceans to get a date
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:33 PM

I personally have no looks standards beyond be an adult and have long hair. I still can't attract a partner because of my height
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:31 PM
1

A short man can be fit, dress well and funny but still be rejected all the time due to his height No woman not attracted to a man = all sorts of negative judgments about him. Not wanting to date someone means you view them as a complete loser. If a man was a better person, he would be able to find a partner. Single men are made fun of for a reason. They are losers
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:30 PM

what do you mean by fun lives?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:28 PM

5'6 and below
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:28 PM

No man should follow this advice
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:23 PM

You might as well give up if you have to move out of a country with over 10 million single women to find a partner. That's such an absurd piece of advice
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:20 PM

I highly doubt those men attracted "tons" of women
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:20 PM

No they dont
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:14 PM

I'm attracted to both tall and short women. I don't want to have to limit myself
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:14 PM

I bet it does have a lot to do with you being single. most women don't want a short man lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:13 PM
1

Oh even with the social ability- short men likely aren't going to find partners
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:13 PM

So just move to another country? Do you think that's a realistic option for most
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:11 PM

zero lol even if he has good looks, is fit, successful, ambitious, charming, and funny
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:11 PM
1

Nobody is saying short men are better than anyone else but a lot of times it is their height holding them back
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:10 PM
1

I'm perfectly comfortable with my height Is it realistic to expect men to become multimillionaire celebrities to compensate for one characteristic?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:08 PM

just become a multi-millionaire
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:06 PM
3

exactly. That isn't an option.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 04:04 PM

So that's a realistic option- move to another country for companionship
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 03:59 PM

Most women, including fat women, don't want short men- even if they are good looking, fit, and rich
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 03:59 PM

Is it realistic to expect all below average height men to work to become multi-millionaires to get the slight possibility of companionship?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 03:58 PM
2

exactly- even if a short man is attractive in literally every other way, his height means women see him as an undateable loser
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 03:57 PM

So basically give up on finding companionship with women- all because of this one attribute
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 03:55 PM

How do you have a negative 40k networth at 25?? do you count student loans?

You know nothing about me. I made this post as a man who has a disability so stop assuming I don't know what it is like to feel marginalization. I also made this post as a man who wants a woman who is ambitious and educated, like myself. Yet I guess this is shallow. One of my woman friends said that's so shallow. How dare I want a partner who has similar values to me? How dare I have standards for myself I said this isn't about women wanting to fuck or not wanting to. I don't care about guys wit…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/24 04:22 PM
1

what do you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:56 PM
10

that is honestly not what I see. Maybe red pill losers on here who want to put women down to compensate for their fragile egos do.. but a lot of men are supportive of a woman's ventures and prospects. Whereas for a lot of men I see- both men and women insult him if he has a less than ideal body or his finances are not up to par
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:54 PM
1

Not always. Some of us just want a woman who can match us on an intellectual or goal-oriented level
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:53 PM
1

red pill men say those. Intelligent, ambitious men who are going places don't. You know that
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:39 PM
3

* red pill men
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:32 PM
1

Why can't both things be brought up?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:25 PM
1

Nope. It's about self love and encouragement
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:23 PM
2

Wrong. I care a lot about a woman's education and achievements, as a man who has a lot of ambitions and is getting his master's. I can tell you most men in my program care about partnering with a woman with life goals and education. Most men who are ambitious do yet my unambitious female friend got annoyed at me because I care about a woman's ambitions and education. She said it is very shallow.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:20 PM
4

So women complimenting men's appearance doesn't mean they find them attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:18 PM
5

Yes and why is that?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:12 PM
3

are you referring to family members or just older women? I assure you there are a lot of men even young men who are interested in older women but they cannot find any who like them
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:09 PM
12

there are very few male body positive influencers
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:03 PM
10

How was I lying?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:01 PM
8

So in your view women should not have to self improve they should just select?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 11:00 PM
4

Ok you are right maybe it was a bad example because most of those men just display shallow lust not love, but I guess when making this post I also refer to things like the common sentiment "women are wonderful". I cannot imagine men receiving encouragement to love themselves and they are perfect as they are.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:57 PM
10

the phrase all women are wonderful and all women are beautiful gets thrown around a lot online, in our culture. I cannot imagine this encouragement for self love being applied to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:53 PM

I don't understand your first line. Please show me a man who gets ample validation from women who isn't a celebrity
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:48 PM

No they likely won't and that's the thing
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:46 PM
10

Are you a feminist?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:43 PM
12

Part of what spurred me to post this was going on social media and seeing women of all socioeconomic backgrounds and body types receive ample positive validation from a variety of men
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:40 PM
11

Improve their standards? Or improve their personal situtations?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:39 PM
19

When I go on social media I see women of all shapes socioeconomic backgrounds and types provided an ample amount of positive reassurance from many men
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:36 PM
7

How does the current body positivity movement put more pressure on women?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/24 10:13 PM

This post isn't about men complaining about not being treated like "chad" as I said it goes deeper than dating

Do you have empirical evidence for this? That's interesting

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
