That only works for women who want to fix men to be safe themselves. A woman like that is putting you in a hierarchy and seeing you as a project, a challenge, something to fix or a plan. "Being a jerk helps a lot" at what? At getting relationships where you both respect each other? Or at "getting a woman" like it's a thing to fish? By that logic, being a jerk helps at making your kids or your employees obey you due to fear, but it surely doesn't help create an environment where you all feel free…

Both can be true. If you are put in a test where some people are given extra time for studying, that's fsvouring men. But the test itself creates stress for all, and that's hurting all. Patriarchy is a system of power-over. And there is no power-over without prescriptive identities.
