I think you should just move on dude. Whatever she does should not even be part of your daily thoughts. You’re talking about her in spite. It’s not healthy. Just move on. Be the better person, be amicable and let her do her own thing while you do yours. Indifference is most likely your best revenge anyways. If you even want revenge.

They are getting a divorce? I mean. Things end bro. That’s all there is too it. Ending things amicably is the best way.

Yeah. We had fairly civil conversations the first few days, and then I mentioned a mediator/using a collaborative lawyer and she’s says coldly, “I need to see what’s fair to me.” I’m need to move quickly.

Bro. You’re young, you have an excellent job and career. File a divorce and be done.

I have afib, high cholesterol, and family history of stroke. I’m not making it to 65. Let alone 70. I have a 2.6 interest rate in the house. At least i can live the rest of my short life in comfort.

Bro. Why don’t you sleep with someone else? It will get rid of the pain real fast. If your wife sleeping around cares, she is basically your ex wife. Let her do what she wants to do now. You should also do the same.

Dude. Who cares? I was married to a woman that I felt nothing for at the end. Maybe she felt nothing for you. A new woman in my life would be exciting and exhilarating. I’m sure she felt the same way. She just wasn’t in to you. Stop being hung up on her and date someone else.

No things were not smooth after the first kid, but they got better. I should have just left then.

As I get close to getting this paper work done, all I can think about is freedom, new women and new experiences. I feel guilty for feeling this way. I am Christian, and this is not right. I just had convo with an ex today from 10 years ago, and she kept bringing up how she dreams of feeling intimacy with me again. The temptations are everywhere. Is this a mid-life crisis?

I have 2 choices 1) stay and deal with an alcoholic woman who will refuse any and all help. 2) be the asshole and divorce a woman with 4 kids. Both options suck dude. I feel like I would be happier with the second option. My parents love my wife too, so I would really piss them off.

I tried to reconcile with her. Therapy with her is pointless. She won’t listen to the therapist.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
