Dear god are people actually grouping Jordan Peterson and Andrew Tate together?

There were no details that were strikingly unique or surprising at all. It is arguable that a single molecule of water might not be wet. But a tangible amount of water? Different story. There are countless other molecules that any given molecule is bound to be touching.

I think we’ve seen an increase in its prevalence as dating apps make meeting 6’ tall guys easy for women. Height is specified in most profiles.

I see a lot of men complaining about women taking advantage of men’s stability/money(accusing corrupt motivation and maybe inequality). I also see a lot of women complaining about men and their obsession with sex and an idealized image of women’s bodies (accusing a lack of respect for women as human beings and equals). I think it’s important to understand that you can love a person and their assets(money or beauty). Also, a person doesn’t need assets to be worthy of love.

I think confidence is irrelevant. The caste of man you’re talking about is the “alpha male”. It’s the asshole who is smart enough to be kind when it benefits them.

You have a point. There’s a fine line between looking for someone who accepts you for you, and being unwilling to make necessary changes in your life. If the thing that you need to change to be attractive is simple and reasonable then you should probably be working on it. Examples: -Hateful opinions like racism or homophobia -Gross, unsafe or unhealthy practices like poor hygiene, excessive speeding or drug use -Annoying practices that are also useless like chewing with your mouth open or pissin…

I think a meeting is different than a personal relationship. I don’t consider confidence an aspect of the self. It’s more of a mannerism with which you present yourself. Depending on your social ability you can act with more or less confidence at will. Your self image can influence your ability to act confident but confidence isn’t a set value. Granted, I’m a bit of a strange person but I have quirky practices, traits, and mannerisms that I feel are integral to my identity. Things that are harml…

It’s not worth acting like the person that the people you want will desire though. You can’t just change yourself into that person and it would be painful to pretend to be them going forward.

Add “try to…” and this is actually sound advice imo 😂

I disagree because there are reasons to look good other than sex appeal. You want to look well groomed and put together so people will perceive you as hardworking, intelligent, or trustworthy. These connotations of your appearance have to do with you as a person and not just your body. Objectification is an offence because the person within the body is disregarded. A male looking at boobies is wrong because he is thinking selfishly. He stares and fantasizes regardless of how the woman feels abou…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
