I see what you're saying but I think toxic masculinity is not reflective of true masculinity. And there is also toxic femininity. What do you define as feminine if you don't mind me asking? I think kindness and respectfulness is true for any person not any gender trait. Toxic masculinity is purely a man using his strength and advantages in society to get what he wants out of women, toxic femininity is a woman using her sexuality or emotions to get what she wants out of men. Both are problems and…

It benefits the govt to incite gender wars at a young age and creates an 'us vs them' mindset. It's very scary. As a woman I've had some awful experiences with men - but I am aware that that's a minority and not a reflection of all men. I am a feminist, equal rights for all and stopping stupid gender wars. I myself have fallen into the trap a few times which is why I am here to get a more rounded perspective.

In terms of divorce, women are favoured when they have a lower income than the man and in cases of adultery, abuse etc. Divorce used to only be initiated by men, with women only being granted permission to PITCH for extreme adultery, abuse, incest, bigamy etc. https://professionalparaplanner.co.uk/divorce-gap-leaves-women-financially-worse-off-than-men/ This is a study with facts and figures if more suitable which states that men are more likely to face temporary losses from divorce, with women …

sounds like you two weren’t suited to each other, can I ask were you okay with non sexual intimacy? Hugging, holding hands, kissing etc if it then didn’t lead to sex or would you say she was teasing you?

i think their point is that women are affectionate with their friends, and it seems to work well in terms of loneliness. It makes you less likely to be lonely if you have a good group of friends, and it’s recommended in a relationship to still have time for your friends to not put all of your needs into one person. It’s not about not holding women accountable, but also why should women be responsible for your loneliness? Unless you are family, friends or a relationship random women don’t just ow…

women do not force you to go into war, the government does. Which is also headed by men. Projecting your anger at war / government onto women is an interesting take.

the fact that some men think not having sex is genuinely domestic abuse shows how far gone some people are. Sex is a deeply intimate act, and in a lot of women’s experiences men have pushed for sex after they’ve had deaths in their family, just given birth, or in other unsuitable scenarios. I think the main issue is when SOME men push for sexual intimacy as their only love language. Intimacy is important, but what’s more important is being kind and accepting of some days if someone just isn’t in…

it’s because men commit by more violent measures. Yes some are performative but it’s not really right to generalise

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
