A social norm to me is not attacking someone or suddenly stripping yourself naked in public for example. Making eye contact with someone seems more polite and like you're paying attention to someone,, yes. But I'd at least like to hope that most people these days are aware that eye contact isn't as easy for everyone. Shy, anxious and very introverted people have trouble with that too. The difference is that those people, like me, can probably teach themselves to get better at it. It's not easy, …

This is what I really don't understand. Why would that even matter? I would never shun someone who can't look me in the eyes. But perhaps that is because I used to have trouble with that too when I was a kid. I had to teach myself to be able to make eye contact. I was afraid it would appear impolite if I didn't. It just seems like such a ridiculous thing to exclude someone for.

Broke the social rules? What are you even talking about?

And to those claiming OP must have done something wrong to receive that treatment. Do you truly think people need a reason to exclude or bully anyone? I've been bullied from kindergarten to the first year of college by both girls and boys and I did nothing to warrant that other than being ugly, socially awkward and studious. Even my own best male friend during high school didn't dare to touch me in any way because he was afraid of what others would say. God forbid anyone would ever think he had …

I don't know if it depends on what country you're in or not. I'm in Belgium for example. Here it depends on what level of ND someone is. I have a bunch of mental health issues myself, and was even suspected to be on the spectrum of autism for a while. And while I do have a lot of characteristics that are similar to autism apparently, after an extensive and costly research, it was concluded I'm not. The similar characteristics I display are a result of trauma during childhood. And I was diagnosed…

Well... I mean, first and foremost, without men humanity would go extinct. That is, I would say, a huge positive contribution. For humanity to keep going men and women are essential. I know that there's been talks about artificial wombs and all that. But seriously... are we really going to play God to that extend? Men are builders, inventors. Yes, yes, I know, there's a percentage of women that can do that too. But let's be real, those are more exceptions than the actual rule. I'm a woman myself…

Better this than never, no? We've all been brainwashed since birth. Women are less likely to snap out of it because we experience the benefits of this system. They often don't see any reason to question it. I make myself no delusions that if I had grown up in different circumstances, I probably wouldn't have seen the truth as soon as I did either. Maybe never even. Everything I lived through during childhood and also growing up with a single father with two brothers made me start questioning eve…

A somewhat drastic (in some people's opinions) measure that could help a lot in my personal opinion, is to not allow us to vote unless we register for a draft too. That would lower the value of our opinions significantly. The Western world is in the state it is today, with people completely ignoring science and sanity, because most women vote with their emotions rather than rationally thinking of the future of their country. Well, you want to vote, then you have to be willing to fight for your c…

First of all, I am so sorry that your brother felt like that would have been his only option. It is unclear to me if his attempt succeeded or not... I truly hope not and that he can find things in life to cling to. If he did though, I wish you and your family all the strength. The biggest problems in a lot of women growing up hating men I think are social media, as is also clear in what you wrote, the lack of a strong father figure and lack of good female role models. I personally had a strong f…

Would you still love me if I was a worm? What? X'D Did other women seriously ask men that? And was that meant literally? No one would love a worm because a worm isn't human. But I can already imagine the disbelief and outrage if their men didn't reply what they wanted to hear. Well, at least you're honest about it. Also, in my opinion respect should be earned anyway. A lot of women seem to think that they deserve respect simply for being a woman and that's bs

True submission requires you to willingly give control to another person, to truly want it. Not for money. And that's what most men that say that want submission are probably looking for. Of course there are sickos out there who want to force someone into submission. But most just want their girlfriend or wife to willingly submit. At least that is what I think. Paying someone for that would taint it. But who knows, I might be biased because I have a very submissive nature.

"Just be yourself" is what should be sufficient though. If she can't accept who you really are, is she even worth dating then? I don't know about other women, but I wouldn't like it if a man pretended to be someone he's not when he's around me. The truth would also come out one day, guaranteed. You could try to change or improve certain things about yourself but the core personality will always stay the same. That's what I had to accept back when I still believed I could change my fearful and in…

I wish more women would come out and push back too. Because I am certain that there are more women that see it. But I believe they're too scared to admit to it in public. Even online. Because you get so many labels thrown at you for going against the general consensus. Those labels have been steadily losing their power though. I certainly don't care about what they call me. I care about the truth.

I agree. I can understand why some people often say it's like a hivemind. It really seems that way, they always use the same arguments without analyzing or even showing the slightest understanding for someone else's perspective. Everything should be allowed to be criticized in my opinion. You can never grow or become better when you refuse to accept any criticism. Misandry is a thing and I'm not afraid to say that as a woman. I don't care what I get called for it. I've been called a lot of thing…

I agree with the first part and I would tell them that all the same. Women as a whole in the West aren't oppressed. If they want to see what oppressed looks like, they should look at Afghanistan for example or other countries where girls and women are treated as things and get married off as soon as they've had their period. But you never hear any feminists raise their voices for those unfortunate girls and women. It's frankly cruel to see women here in the West claim they are oppressed when the…

I'm sick of the gender war in general. Both sides. I've been watching helplessly for over a decade already how it always got worse and worse. I tried to talk and reason with both sides online and you know what, shockingly enough it was always the red pilled and even black pilled men, some of them self-proclaimed misogynists even (it seemed more like society convinced them they were misogynists while they really weren't in my personal opinion), that were far more reasonable than feminists. I did …

None of us lived back then tho, participated in that or suffered from that... so why does it even matter? I'm so tired of everyone using things that happened in the past - way before they were alive - as some kind of justification for anything that gets done these days.
