Yes. I'm drawn to men around my own height, a bit over or under. I prefer them to tall men.

Because it's basics of feminism that should be aknowledged out of the bat. Look at money, look at history. Women have been largely excluded from positions of power, acess to basic and higher education, property ownership, reproductive/sexual rights and protection from domestic violence in many places for many years https://news.gallup.com/poll/283979/women-handle-main-household-tasks.aspx Men lead in car maintanence and yardwork, which usually amount to lower total hours per month.

The risk is not very low and in some places in the world pregnancy cannot be interrupted even to save a woman's life. Women are expected culturally to do the domestic labour and men employ all sorts of deception to leave childcare and domestic labour for women. You are in denial of reality and I'm tired of this low level discussion.

They are still freedoms that were not granted to many women. Women were routinely expected to risk their lifes in multiple pregnancies. Women would be working in the fields and in the factory as well often. I don't understand how you think we have freedom without responsabilities when we are supposed to both work outside the home and do most of the domestic labour and caretaking of children. I'm not saying men don't suffer, I'm saying women face structural opression in a greater degree.

most women are primally, enthusiastically wanted I can guarantee you that the way in which most men "want" me does not interest me in the least. Why would I want a guy who "wants to get with every woman"? So no, women don't have this infinite assortment of suitable partners that you imagine.

Of course. If you can't see the correlation than it's a text interpretation issue on your part.

Yeah, but all men have benefited from the overall lower status of women as a group. Every man that had a wife, mom or sister who was not afforded the same freedoms, however small, while benefitting from their unpaid labour had been hierarchically privileged in regards to gender through history.

First, "Kill all men" is not common in feminist spaces. Second, it's a matter of scale. Women have been opressed for a long time, denied bodily autonomy, political participation, acess to education and the job market and many other forms of opression that justify this reaction.

You are feeling like that because you are visiting the places where women go to vent at their worst moments. These videos are not meant for you, they aren't trying to communicate with you. Of course it's over the top and phrased in a not so tactfull way. To counteract it you need to look into what is driving the emergence of these frustrated phrases. For example the stuff that sounds like "all men are trash" is often a sort of "look at this awful behaviour that is soooooooo fucking common and st…

The sex toy industry doesn't have much to do with attraction though, more to do with pleasure. And the amount of live action porn made for women is insignificant near the amount geared towards men. Some women are demissexual, some men also I'm sure.

Besides we can feel sexual attraction and repulsion for someone at the same time.

Still a person is getting turned on by someone's physical appearence without a background story of emotional connection. Not wanting to have actual sex doesn't mean purely physical arousal isn't happening. The general idea is that men feel aroused by physicality more often than women, and this results in higher sexual availability, since from there personality becomes the filter over a wide base of potential partners. Rejecting some people doesn't mean someone isn't allosexual. Because being all…

Isn't a stripper a real person? An escort? A woman who posts nudes on the internet? The neighbour you jerk off to? If demissexual only means not fucking everyone you find attractive, than it's a useless label. Fucking anyone who you find attractive isn't common sexual behaviour. Now, not feeling any arousal towards someone you don't know and like their personality is uncommon. This would exclude getting hard over a stripper and most forms of porn that men consume.

The escort is doing it for money. The clients are doing it for pleasure. That shows men who consume porn or frequent strip clubs are capable of feeling sexual attraction towards women despite not having any emotional connection to them.

The pornography, stripping and escorting industry exist mainly for men. Can't get less demissexual than that.

It can include physical features, but I don't think they are as specific and body-geared as the male gaze. In my experience it's more about the person's body language, grooming habits, fashion style, etc.

The video you watched is bullshit. The "female gaze" is less about specific physical features and more about how men carry themselves.

Men spend their whole teenage years being brainwashed by images that sexualize the female form, being fed narratives about sexual conquests and being encouraged to fantasize over an endless stream of bodies or body parts. The result is many men who are sexually responsive to almost every woman that they can spend some seconds looking at. Which doesn't sound much like attraction and more like a dysregulated sexual response, IMO. The average sexual script with PIV is likely to result in an orgasm …

It's not only ok, but it's also arguably way better to be like that. People do stuff that they regret under the hold of sexual compulsion.

This is a known trope actually. It really shows how they hate women and just love femininity and sexual acess.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
