I agree that generally society puts the most expectations on men to approach women because of social norms. There are some women who'll disregard these social norms, but I think we're in a minority. I think that some men just genuinely don't mind being the one to initiate, and do it because they want to rather than because of pressure to adhere to societal norms.

You do realise there's a market for male doms in findom, either with gay men or with straight men with a variant of a cuckold fetish? The only person I've ever known to do this was a straight man. He'd been an officer in the military so was quite adept at it, but as you say it's just about learning to engage your audience.

But surely that's just the subjective nature of human interaction? Although it does make it easier when people tell you their intentions, the only reason I've noticed a distinction is because people have told me.

I'm a woman who's attracted to traditionally masculine men. If a man does something that's considered masculine because they like doing it, I'll probably find it attractive. If a man does something that's considered masculine because he feels like he has to because he's a man, I'll probably find it a turn off.
