This is where i know you 100% don't know what you are talking about. Do you know where the term "mongol" meaning stupid came from ? or cripple, vegetable?. All fields have offensive terms some more than other and they are trying to change these terms, kind of like how they don't name disease and viruses after their location anymore i.e Wuhan virus, Ebola etc.
