Tired of the bullshit narrative that India is a shit place for women. Debunking this once and for all.In your last comment you were the one who brought medicine into it. And 3-4 (or less if you can afford it without insurance) medical insurance is what people have to give birth to a child in US, I didn't knew about it until a week ago when some american told me about their birth expenses + medicine. It was $30,000 and can go up if you stay longer. US is a nice place to live if you are rich. I never said that public medical treatment is good in India, but private treatment isn't that expensive ei… | /r/MensRights | 11/04/21 05:20 AM
Tired of the bullshit narrative that India is a shit place for women. Debunking this once and for all.Yes, I agree. I would like to tell you the cost of medical treatment in US, they charge $10,000/day if you stay in hospital and you would go bankrupt if you don't have 3-4 insurances. India has universal Healthcare, but if you don't want to wait in a line at public hospital, you can always get a private medical bed for an average of ₹5,000-7,000/day. | /r/MensRights | 11/04/21 03:05 AM
Tired of the bullshit narrative that India is a shit place for women. Debunking this once and for all.A friend of mine is in data science, he once told me that taking average on a global world is the stupidest thing. Things are different everywhere. For example, let's take income, average income in India is ₹1,50,000 or ₹4,20,000 (PPP) per head per year. With this much less money (on an international level) you can't even afford to give birth to a child in US (Medical fees is in the sky/space - $20,000+/birth). But taking it as an Indian standard, with a family of 4, the whole families salary wo… | /r/MensRights | 10/04/21 06:04 PM
Tired of the bullshit narrative that India is a shit place for women. Debunking this once and for all.Even sexual assaults are less in India (32k)compared to US(83k). Women has a more chance to get justice in India(22%) then in US(3%). And even the most general argument about shutting in public and lack of toilets is baseless now. In India 97% of the families have toilets which is dragged down by a state (odisha) which averaged at 84%. Most of the reports that media talks about is from 2011 or 2001. And surveys related to rapes and violence are taken in the worst effected locations. But it still… | /r/MensRights | 09/04/21 10:48 AM

There are much better things out there too. "Ending it" would not help anyone and especially not you family. You need to go home and reconsider your decision. waves hand while saying it | /r/MensRights | 09/03/21 04:27 PM |
