Could I ask why is RP deemed so problematic? RP just means being practical, realistic almost akin to the scientific method. Also it is a lot easier to maintain a physique than to develop one.

physiologically driven(testosterone)men's desire for physical intimacy is probably as strong as women's desire for validation. So if we demonise one, we should for both. I believe both activities reward us with dopamine hits and that is why we desire them.
