Why rush back into a relationship? What is wrong with living singleThere’s nothing wrong with being single. But after years of shared life, silence can feel loud. So people don’t chase love they chase familiarity. The real freedom is when being alone feels full, not empty. I’ve been learning this again after a 10 year relationship. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/03/26 07:48 PM
Saddest Day of my LifeThis is so true. For me it was an invitation to really focus of my physical mental and spiritual wellbeing. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/03/26 02:25 PM
Saddest Day of my LifeI feel you! I came out of a 10 year relationship last year and boy does it hurt. That phase of replaying moments in your head can be brutal - Best thing is to accept it (for your mental health) and take the time for yourself to heal. There will be good days and bad days - what helped me was getting back into fitness / routines / connecting with friends. Don’t carry it all alone 🙏🏾 | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/03/26 02:25 PM
Where do I get some pointers to help me get back in the game?Self love really is key ! | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/03/26 02:40 PM
"taking care of yourself". How do YOU do it, consistently?Amazing | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/03/26 01:41 PM
"taking care of yourself". How do YOU do it, consistently?I used to think self care meant things like massages or spa days too, but during a breakup it ended up meaning something much simpler for me. It was more about rebuilding some basic structure. Going to the gym a few times a week, getting outside for walks, keeping the house in order, and trying to keep some kind of routine during the week. When everything else in life feels unstable, those small things start giving you a bit of grounding again. It’s not glamorous, but over time it really helps. | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/03/26 01:40 PM
