I'm glad. I hope and suspect that your journey then, at least in this aspect, will be a bit smoother than mine :)

I remember feeling like this at 20 - even as a woman I was terrified to talk to men and thus couldn't form any relationships of value. Two years after, I found my first real boyfriend, and I married him at 24. 10 years later, I divorced him, because he wouldn't find work, and because he was completely the wrong man for me after I had changed and grown so much, and he stayed home and played computer games. There is something the red pill gets right, that your 20s are your time to find yourself an…

I enjoyed reading your experience. I'm glad that you have experience and wisdom and things learned, and I hope that you find happiness, whatever that looks like for you.

I know this because I chose a very gentle man to start with, and it was great, but ultimately when he didn't have enough courage to handle hard things in life, like employment and conquering his fears.... well, I lost attraction to him. So as much as I would like to tell men to focus on just being kind and sensitive, I know that it's not enough. I wish it was.

I remember the day when, long before red pill was a thing, my brother announced unprompted to our lunch table at school, while me sitting next to him (a bookish virgin no less, who could barely even talk to boys), that 'all women are whores'. Lets fast forward 20 years to now. He's still single, despite wanting to settle down. For a long time, I was, and still generally am, wildly more romantically and professionally successful than he was because I didn't blame other people for my shortcomings …

You can find reasons all day to not be vulnerable. It's still your choice whether you want to have the deepest, closest relationship with your partner that you can have. Or not. Vulnerability can help you to feel less alone ...in a world and a life where most of your life is felt and spent alone. Vulnerability will give partner the priceless gift of knowing you for you, truly and intimately. If you never risk, you will never know what that feels like. If emotional safety is more important to you…

I think we as women like the idea of alpha males in romance novels but we also generally know the reality is not as fun. In reality they are likely to be highly narcissistic and treat women like objects. They tend to attract self-destructive women with low self-worth. A man who is very collaborative and nurturing and sweet may not have enough dominant traits to survive in the wild. They may tend to attract someone who behaves more like a mother, rather than a girlfriend or wife. The absolute dre…

If you are in an environment where you can't be vulnerable, or you will die, then, of course, you should not be vulnerable. Yes, women also can have toxic behaviors and have been programmed in some ways to appreciate and encourage the stoicism of men, just as men have.

Men have been trained from birth to expect that their vulnerability will open them to attack, so in order to protect themselves they build up the idea that women will also reinforce those expectations, and if they see any behavior from women that might even remotely suggest that their efforts aren't going to be rewarded, they are going to quit. Simply put, the price of vulnerability from a man is pretty high from society and lots of men will do whatever they need to do to justify the idea that t…

Rejection sensitive dysphoria might be the term you are looking for, it is a symptom of adhd.

A man who can take care of himself physically, emotionally, and financially, while still having the capacity to love another person. We generally do want monogamy. Red pill wants men to think we don't because it helps justify the other stuff they want to sell you. Another thing they want to sell you is that we think you are lame and fragile, so that you overcompensate and lose the capacity for empathy or vunerability.

I am not black or a man, so I can't know your life truly, but from what I can tell your self awareness is already greater than most men of any race your age. You can see potential, but because you are in the middle of it, you can't see how much. I have observed that while black men are often feared and fetishized, isolated emotionally, and pigeonholed, that prejudice in itself is enforced because others are afraid you will realize your true worth and what you deserve. You already have the capaci…

We can get all the attention we want, but it's much harder to get hugs and affection from a man we truly respect and care for. It's also dangerous for us to date around or accept attention because we're physically weaker and more susceptible to stds and pregnancy. Attention also comes with a cost. Even when men aren't pushing physical boundaries, they push emotional and psychological ones. It is exhausting to have to hold boundaries with hordes of horny men, especially when they get angry or ann…

I was in a kind of intensive 'talking stages' with a Red Piller for a couple months. Contrary to the lines out there about them being broke and ugly, he was smart, handsome and well off, very charming. He's never really had to work or fight to have sex or relationships, so he puts little to no value to them. I was cautious from the start because I could clearly see narcissism, but the way he displayed it, it looked like a sort of healthy kind, the kind that is a force for good through it's stren…

Dominant isn't necessarily outgoing. I would prefer an introvert as a partner because they are like me, someone who is going out all the time would just make me tired. Dominance, yes, but the calm thoughtful wise kind, not the kind that is straining for relevance. That is not easy to achieve, for sure.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
