In the US (Spokane Washington public school district) several years ago, they had a summer program for those who only identified as female or nonbinary to learn how to code. Also, plenty of women (I would say about half of the people at least being women) are the pro-circumcision people. Also, on it being "Some parents want their sons circumcised for religious reasons," it could easily be translated to "Some parents want to forcibly 'convert' or even kill their son for being gay for religious reasons."
