Sorry this happened to you. Nobody deserves that.

In the past I have voted Democrat. I have been slowly moving right due to the lefts rhetoric and lack of action in protecting males. I am pretty confident that I will probably vote conservative in the next election. The left has gone too far.

A lot of posts are by vindictive and bitter exes. Seen where women get their friends to say bad things about the ex so it looks more official

I didn't realize that my marriage was abusive until after I got out of it. My ex would throw stuff at me, hit me push me and one morning I woke up with her choking me. When I told people about it they laughed it off. I can honestly say that we were probably both verbally and emotionally abusive. It was just a super toxic situation. She ended up divorcing me after I caught her cheating. What did she do afterwards? She told everybody I've abused her. That I was physically abusive to her and people…

That's a misstatement. Girls flag football has been skyrocketing in numbers. Flag football has generally been a male sport but when female divisions were created, numbers have sored. The counter to that is how many men participate in dance and cheerleading? You just got to find something somebody is interested in.

I had a friend that slept with somebody multiple times. I ran into her not knowing they dated, and she not knowing I knew him. She claimed he SA'd her after I uncovered the connection. They were caught in the backseat of a car by the police.... I think getting caught or being embarrassed is what a lot of these types of women will do is claim SA if they are ashamed of their actions

💯 and if you speak against it, you are anti-woman.

I think that's the point of his comment. Reading his comment it is that women are able and capable. However, the feminist mentality is they should not be a part of the draft. If it ever came to that. Men have to register by law in the United States. Women do not. I have several female friends that have served. They were very effective in their duties. But they volunteered.

If a marriage is forever, a prenup should not be an issue. For example, she should be willing to sign one. I think it's a concern if she isn't willing to sign one. How long will she stay or is planning to stay if she's not willing to sign one? I always assume somebody is stashing money away during a marriage. My ex-wife did it.

Which is why apps like tea and Facebook pages like are we dating the same guy are successful. There is no expectation of privacy anymore because the laws do not protect the individual just the corporations that allow that type of behavior. If a politician, stepped in and said this is wrong. It would be they are against women because those pages are designed and I use that word loosely to protect women. Misandry is crazy high right now and it is socially accepted. Politicians are too afraid to ad…

Having worked in HR a lot of my career, you are stating facts. Most of the individuals that work in HR are women. I remember when I said I'm going to go say hi to the girls up front. I got in trouble for using the word "girls". They call each other girls but when I said it as a male, I got a warning, stating I should have called them women because it was disrespectful and misogynistic. Got to love the double standard!

This is what I found using ChatGPT. Maybe we can consolidate a list of what we are pushing for and reach out to the men's health. Caucus Federal Political Leaders President Donald J. Trump (R) • Issued a National Men’s Health Week proclamation in 2025 highlighting men’s health disparities and the importance of wellness, language that has been used by some men’s rights advocates as recognition of male-specific issues. Vice President J.D. Vance (R) • Made statements aimed at countering negative cu…

Hopefully the majority women don't think that way. It's very delusional and misleading. There are gender specific laws that protect women in the United States. Zero for men. Healthcare including mental health services for women outnumber men's health services. Most violent crime is committed against men. Men typically perpetuate it, but it is typically against other men. Let's not talk about how courts handle divorces.. Or complaints in the workplace .. Or false accusations that lead to criminal…

This is incredibly sad. If my partner became paralyzed I would stay. I mean it happened in a car accident they were in together. Just proof that women will only do what's best for them. My ex-wife left me whenever my sister and my grandma were going through cancer and right after my grandpa died. I was in shambles that year so she had an affair.

I've never heard of that! I just read about it a little bit and yes, it seems to be the case. I get tired of hearing man versus woman. That never solves the problem. Look at the action, not the gender of the person. That's where solutions happen. I work in consulting. Global companies are my specialty. Could you imagine if I made every single one of my projects US centric versus global, I would get my ass fired! Similar thing here. Got to look at the issue as a whole and include both genders, no…

Definitely not a victim. I chose to stay in that relationship. I get along fine with her now because she is the parent of my kids. But there are firm boundaries!

Women can post on apps such as tea and are we dating the same guy and it's called women's safety. Men do the same thing and it's slander and misogyny.

My ex used to throw things at me and hit me. I let it slide because most of the time she missed! I woke up one night and she was trying to strangle me. I never laid a hand on her. But when we divorced, she told people I was abusive and they believed it. When I told people what she did, they just laughed. So I stopped telling people.

She is right. Women can do this type of crap and get away with it. Flip it over and men would be in jail. I have been the victim of a sexual assault by women before and unfortunately friends just laugh. For context, there was a group of three women that pulled down my pants because they wanted to see it. When I told people they just laughed...

This is wild. Very ambiguous. At least they could do is provide examples. Anger is punching holes in walls not yelling back at someone yelling at you. Control is forcing someone to do something against their will out of fear of retaliation not setting boundaries. Etc....

Very true! I actually went on a date with somebody that said it doesn't exist. She did mental gymnastics as well saying that men were more violent or prone to violence as her justification. I asked her how many times she's come across violent Men, zero, the answer was zero but in her mind all men are violent even though she doesn't know anybody that was abused. She's a therapist as well. So....

Divorce is tough! Over time, things get better. I was there 11 years ago. My ex-wife told people I physically abused her which was untrue. I lost a ton of friends over it. Thankfully she didn't try to press charges because it wasn't true and there was no proof of anything. It was just her word in order to distract from her affair. Just this year after 11 years, she is finally telling people the truth about it. Well, the lack of abuse. Never admitting to the affair. Hang in there. I know it's eas…

Society has a tendency to cater to women. Women's issues are brought to the forefront before men's. Not saying they shouldn't be brought to the forefront but it should be in equal measure with men. Abortion is a Hot topic for women and body choices. Whereas the conversation on high suicide rates from men is in the background. Unless it has to do with something where men are violent or doing crime, there isn't much conversation at the forefront.

I'm with you. Gendered language, unequal funding for programs specifically for women. We wanted equality but only if it's convenient for a specific gender. I'm not saying that we should have the exact same programs for men and women, but we should have programs for both funded equally. How about something for men suicide prevention. How about programs that help address men in kids lives. We can complain about men not being in kids lives. However, studies show that kids are better off with a male…

Men and women are different. That's all there is to it. We don't need to demonize the differences between genders. We don't even need to celebrate the differences. We just need to acknowledge that we are different. Physically, emotionally, mentally, etc. there are just biological differences between genders. Patriarchy, matriarchy whatever... it just doesn't exist. There is no toxic masculinity or femininity. Just toxic people. Our biological differences are not toxic.... People need to stop wit…

100% agree. My ex wife falsely accused me of physical abuse during our divorce. Only to recant it 11 years later after my ex girlfriend tried doing something similar saying I was blackmailing her with a SA video from some random guy I didn't know and that my ex wife told her I beat her when they never even met. Ironically, I caught them both cheating... I lost friends, dates and it damaged my reputation as a volunteer sports youth director position. I resigned as a parent asked me about it since…

Most women want validation to some extent. But the tricky part is, they want it from the men that they want from. Not every man. The wrong man gives them validation, it turns into a shit show.

Exactly!!! The "right to confront accusers" is a fundamental legal principle rooted in the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution I know the 6th amendment is for criminal proceedings. But, the same rule of law should apply here as well.

You are free to hate whoever you want to hate. However, I wouldn't generalize to an entire population and experience based off one or several people. Just my opinion. Remove the people who are toxic but not the entire gender. That would be my recommendation.

Nope, looking for acknowledgement that they are both equally bad. No good comes out of either. No justification that one is less or more dangerous than the other. It really is that simple.

This is actually a gray area. If someone knows that someone is suicidal and they know they're vulnerable and their actions could cause a suicide. There are some states in which they can be charged with manslaughter. However, most of them require active encouragement of the act. But it's not far-fetched in the new digital age where someone's online actions could be held. Criminally liable for involuntary manslaughter especially if they know that the person is suicidal and their actions could caus…

This is deflection. Justification of a harmful activity. That is toxic behavior! So you tell me, in your word hurt feelings, don't cause any harm? Is that the whole goal here? No responsibility or accountability? Nothing?

100%! Suicide is a major killer for men! This is often brought on by women and relationships with them. I would also venture to say that sexual assault and physical violence against men by women often goes unreported. Probably goes unreported 99% of the time. My ex-wife used to slap me, threw a stuff at me, threatened me, and was abusive emotionally. Emotionally. I've also dated people who were way too handsy when it came to adult relationships. I would say no but they would try and continue. Th…

Male privilege does not exist unless somebody is using that to justify women's Rights. I support equal rights for everybody. OP's example shows that equal rights do not exist if you are male. Another example... I was let go from my job many years ago even though I had the highest performance ratings every year. All because they wanted to hire a female who was friends with my VP. I called attorneys and the first thing they asked was are you female? Are you a minority? Are you over a certain age? …
