They actually told me that they were impressed that I didn't seem nervous at all. Basically this mindset makes you outcome independent, and that is a source of great power.

Right on. The best cardio is the one you enjoy the most and can consistently repeat. Regular cardio also helps you stay at a lower "bodyfat set point". Also, if you don't do cardio, you'll tend to feel more a lot more sluggish and lethargic during your day. you're intentions should be made clear very early on. This. From the very beginning of every interaction it should be man to woman, interact, man to woman. Don't feel ashamed about this. She had her friend kiss me without me knowing at all - so she set it up to test me. But I agree, and I know that I'm doing everything opposite of what's right to attract. Yeah I've found it that you should probably just answer when you can. If she answers with lets say one or two hours in between your texts and you answer in one minute it can seem needy or that you don't have anything else in your life than that. I don't know if she'll actually feel or think like that but I sure know I would. Whenever I have to answer back I kinda feel like I have to power until i answer her back, then she's in control.
