I hear ya, and what you're feeling is difficult to deal with... Because it totally ducking sucks to feel these things with such an overriding intensity. Some people have said some very positive things about affirmations and self worth - and I won't repeat that because they said it well. I know you want to be free of these feelings and this suffering, but you can't - and you shouldn't. Go to museums. Listen to the great courses. Buy an old car and restore it. Find something you loved as a child and start doing that again.
