They have the ability to impute an income to someone who is voluntarily un/underemployed. This is 99% of the time used against the father when he loses his employment to keep the support level the same. In the vast majority of law enforcement encounters, it turns in to a "throw enough charges at the wall, and see what sticks" mentality. You really have no idea the reality of a situation until you experience it yourself, and I would not wish this upon anybody.
