5	I feel like this belongs here when in a residential area I never speed, I go slow and look out for kids. When I drive that fast radio is off phone is down no other distractions my full attention is on the road. Could just be me but I feel that is safer then other drivers going the speed limit and on their phones not paying attention. When I'm going 75-80 on the free way and attempt to pass someone and they veer into my lane, 9 times out of 10 they look up from their phone and say sorry. 9	I feel like this belongs here I was on a country road with no houses, people, or cars open farm land with a clear line of sight.
